I had the pleasure of working with this company earlier this month. They quoted me a price for a new AC and installation that was much lower than the two other competitors. Upon hire, they scheduled and came out to me within the week. They were punctual, very personable/friendly, and explained what they would be doing. They wore masks, set up their working area with a cover to protect my floors, and avoided walking on my carpet with their shoes. Impressive Air was the only one of five estimates that I received that actually came and took a look at my AC unit (in home and on the roof). Gave me a competitive price and even came to my unit to remove the old AC unit for some mold removal that needed to be done a few weeks before replacing it. They secured the permit for me and were even present when the city inspector came to check the unit (which was a pleasant surprise to the inspector). Jess and Jason are a great team. They are knowledgeable, professional, thorough, honest and diligent workers . Small family business which allows for excellent service at reasonable rates. The reviews aren't lying!!! These guys are great. My AC wasn't cooling the day prior and we didn't find out until it was really late in the day so we decided to hold of until first thing in the morning because of emergency fees and all of that mess. Called first thing in the morning and they were able to come by for a quick inspection before they went to their scheduled appointment. It was such a pleasure to have hired such young professionals. I had done my research on multiple AC contractors and had multiple inspections conducted. I was so pleased when Impressive arrived, that actual contractors that were going to do the installation. Jess and Jason are wonderful! They are professional, thorough, skillful, and informative. They cleaned our air ducts and provided an estimate for installing a second A/C unit in our new home. I appreciated that rather than trying to convince us to add a new A/C as soon as possible, they instead suggested that we try out the one we have for the summer before investing in a second unit. I really did my research before choosing this company. Got multiple quotes, the super low ones ended up being scamers, this company had a reasonable price, I finally chose them to do the job and I am very happy I did. it's a pleasure working with them, they showed up on time, they are very polite, they showed me every process, it's more than cleaning, the ducts and vents look brand new.
