Our CEO David Huse came from the retail world where clients were not cared for. They tried to do custom jobs and failed, failing the clients every day. He started Theater Advice while working full time as a salesman for a prominent company in Dallas until it was where he needed it to be.

Enjoy the theater experience at home with a huge 110 projection screen. This theater features Klipsch Reference audio and an Epson Pro series 4K E-shift projector (free bulb and mount) and controlled with a universal remote. This includes a professional install for a pre-wired room. There is a lot of quality here for the money.

These guys are absolutely the best in not only media rooms, but home automation as well. They’ve mounted 2 TVs for me with sound bar setups. Ordered and installed electric roller shades for my whole house. Great shades that people can’t even tell they are there when they are up. Easily controlled through an app and Alexa. Just recently, they installed a brand new media room set up for us. We gave them a budget, they stuck to it, and they exceeded our expectations on the finished product. Service and communication has always been top notch.

Theater Advice is the absolute best place you can go to for a home media consult and custom installation. I have never seen another group of passionate audiophiles that are taking their passion directly to the customer in giving them the best advice and following it up with a flawless install. He was very knowledgeable, didn't pressure, but was also honest about what he thought was the best direction. I couldn't be happier with the window shades that we had installed. The owner of Theater Advice and his team were/are great, but what did it for me was the customer service I received from the owner. Any questions I had before, during and after continue to be addressed by him. My media room is 99% complete with just a couple of minor cosmetic issues and they are all being fixed. Overall, we are highly satisfied with the outcome and would recommend them to anyone looking into making their media room come to live.

I am so glad I did my research before pulling the trigger with a larger company. David and his team truly knocked it out of the park. I had a moderate budget and ended up with a sweet Klipsch Atmos setup and a 120 inch slate screen. He steered me in a great direction on an Epson projector that is putting out 4k performance without the insane price tag.

My wife and I recently closed on a new home in McKinney, Texas. It was new construction and we sought a high-quality AV vendor/installer. If you are looking to purchase high end media room equipment & go to sleep knowing your system will work as advertised... Then look no further than theater advice. I called David last Saturday to inquire about the packages they offered. He was very passionate & knowledgeable about his craft. He advised me on the best package to get for my budget without trying to over sell me. Turnaround time for installation was within 72 hrs and the whole process barely took 5hrs. We are so happy we found this place while in the Plano area! We walked in after reading reviews on Yelp and were immediately impressed with David's knowledge. We discussed our wish list of a surround system, including our patio and a new receiver. David gave us a plan within our budget which included speakers in the wall and ceiling. We just moved into a new home in Colleyville and had no idea where to start with our media room. I found Theater Advice on Yelp and they immediately responded with a competitive quote for what we wanted. We didn't want to go all out, but wanted something nice.

We stumbled upon David through a simple search and we're so glad we did! We have gone through the big box stores and another big local business and no one can compare to his knowledge, professionalism and pricing.
We are working on a budget and a very tight timeframe and David was able to meet them and more. We love that he visited our place and took time to understand our needs before coming with a proposal.
