Very professional, Michael came to my house and installed a beautiful home theater system for my family and I. Unlike other home theater companies, Michael gives you honest opinions, doesn’t try to over charge you, and tries to work with you based on your budget. During COVID times, it’s very important to support local family-owned businesses, and this is a great one. Michael is a very friendly and personable guy, and if I ever need any type of Audio-Video work done ever again, I know he’s my guy.

Michael knows the work, but I feel he is too greedy and he didn't even set up my Universal remote. Looks like he got another call and some how he wants to go for that work. Trash boxes were left as is and I will say completely un professional. Also I am looking for Individuals with good Attitude and helping hand and not for some one to just throw something in the middle of it and walk off.
The other issue I see is he doesn't want to listen to his customers and he want to do as he wish.

We recently moved into our house which had a media room, but no equipment. Michael was the first to respond to my various inquiries for media room pricing. I texted him some pictures of the set up in the room, and he sent me a detailed quote and gave me good advice about what I realistically needed-- he didn't try to up sell us on anything. I paid the invoice, and within a couple of hours the screen was delivered. He showed up the next day when scheduled wearing a mask and shoe covers. He was able to work with our existing built-in speakers. Our media room looks and sounds incredible. 10/10 Would

Michael is passionate at what he is doing. He comes to the installation on time, and makes sure everything is installed & calibrated& clean up properly before he leaves. He spent a lot of time building the right package for me. Patient guy, only thing is that he likes to talk a lot, but he keeps you awake all the time. Very funny guy and he sure got some skills on playing his electric guitar! Also he could remodel your home or refer you an electrician for your home.

Mike is a good guy who does look out for the customer. He and his partner did a great job installing my media room in the most cost efficient manner. large Companies like Best Buy will nickel and dime you and tell you things that you may not actually need but Mike only told me what I needed and go the job done. He is a handy man and can do other things too. Recommended.

Michael was amazing. He helped through the process from the beginning to the end in installing the projector, mount, projector screen. He is very knowledgeable, friendly and very professional. He helped me in finding the right devices which would fit within my budget and our media room. I will recommend Micheal for any home theatre installation. He is very hardworking and very skillful. I am now a owner of a perfect media room with great visual and audio experience and all credit goes to Michael and his team!!!!!....My room was also having issues with existing paint, windows...etc….Michael handled all of them within my budget.
He even fixed some of the stuff in my garage with no extra charge.

I wanted to mount a TV on a fireplace sound simple right? well I have called 3 companies and no one wanted to do it because of a complex electrical wiring and no attic access. I called "Home theater pro" They came in and installed it no problem!!! later they installed My media room and installed security cameras throughout the house. I highly recommend these guys. Michael was super nice and very professional.
