Sen are energy lines in our bodies (for you yogis out there, similar to nadis, and for any Chinese medicine folks, also similar to meridians), and all of the compressions and stretches that you receive during a Thai bodywork session, are aimed at clearing blockages from those energy pathways, so that your energy can flow more freely throughout your body.

Traditional Thai Massage uses a combination of deep pressure, acupressure, passive yoga stretches and compression to restore balance to body, mind and spirit. Thai method of deep tissue bodywork! First and foremost, you can expect to be treated as one of our family, with respect and courtesy. We ask that you wear something comfortable to you, such as pajama pants and a light t-shirt.

I AM A NEWER MEMBER AND VERY LOYAL CUSTOMER!
I have been there 3-4 times... each time with a different therapist. To my amazement, EVERY SINGLE ONE WAS FANTASTIC! Each slightly different, but each strong and skilled. I bought a monthly membership and have an appointment in 10 days. But my neck and shoulders were killing me, so I texted on Sat. to see if I could get in this weekend. You fit me in around noon Sunday and I AM SO THANKFUL! Yet ANOTHER therapist I had not seen did a fantastic job on my outrageously knotted back/shoulders/neck area.
So five stars for consistently fantastic

My girlfriends are so sweet and surprised me with a 90 minute massage here for an early birthday present.
The three of us were able to get 90 minute appointments for the same time on the same day.
My massage therapist was Emily and she worked through all my knots and sore muscles. She took the time to understand my problem areas and applied the right amount of pressure to help release all my tension and tightness. She was a lot of fun to converse with and created a very relaxing space for me to unwind. I told her I wanted to incorporate more stretching into my massage and she did just that

First I will say , this was the best and most effective massage I've ever had in my life ! Me and my boyfriend got a couples massage before our flight back home . The space was clean , organized and had a very homey feel. This was my first Thai massage and I will never go back to a normal massage . I will be recommending this place to anyone visiting Denver. Kittima and Sujinda ( Su) were amazing !!! Will be coming back on my next trip .

First time back since the 2020 "stuff" began. So glad I did. Tried the "office syndrome" treatment and it was right on target for what I needed. It gets to everything that gets tweaked sitting in front of a computer for months working or vegetating. Exquisite application of pressure that can't be done any way else. Can't wait to get back to a full Thai treatment, but that is coming.

I had an amazing massage with Emily on Saturday. It was a combination of deep tissue and Thai massage. I was desperate for pain relief in my neck and shoulders and she spent a good amount of time helping to work our all the knots I had built up in my muscles and fascia. And at the end she gave me an amazing foot reflexology massage that was a perfect way to end the amazing 60-minute massage. I highly recommend Emily to anyone needing some relief from body aches and pains. Everything was kept very clean and Emily left her mask on during the massage so I felt safe. I will definitely be coming back

We're new to Denver and looking for the same Thai treatment we had from Houston. We checked several places and Sabai definitely suites what we're accustomed to. We like the consistency and knowing cure to tight spots! If you're used to good effective massage after sports activities, I highly recommend coming to this place. You will be feeling refresh!

Sabai Thai is a cozy little massage spot in an old house in uptown. Everyone that works there is great! The prices are right and the services are effective. I'm a distance runner so I often have sore legs and feet. I always get the foot reflexology done and leave there feeling totally refreshed with all of the knots in my feet worked out. This place is awesome and I highly recommend them!

This was my second time coming here and I am so happy that I have found my massage home here in Denver. My therapist both times was Kon, she is absolutely incredible. Her pressure is very strong just the way I like it but she listens when there is a certain area where you might want a little less pressure. She gets into every area of the body and I left feeling completely in la la land.

A Thai massage is not for the faint of heart. If you want a light touch, relaxing massage you may want to consider a swedish massage. I, on the other hand, need help that only a deep tissue massage will help and the Thai massage I received here was top notch. The surroundings were clean and comfortable. The location is in a more residential neighborhood and is in what itself to be a home, built don't let that deter you from coming here and enjoying an awesome massage. I will be back!

Fantastic experience. I scheduled a Thai reflexology foot massage here on a whim on Friday afternoon, and was not disappointed! I've never had a true foot massage before, but I loved it. Tin really got into all of the tight knots and sore spots in my feet, as well as my shins and calves. And it's a little more than just working on your feet... including legs, shoulders, back and neck as well. I really liked the extra-wide, comfy massage table too.
Tin was excellent and professional. The space is small but nice. I'll definitely come back for another foot and/or full body massage
