I've been bundling my auto, renter, and umbrella insurance with them for the past few years and it's been consistently one of the better rates. Natalie has been our State Farm agent since we moved to Houston in 2017. Her office has always been extremely efficient and professional in handling all of our insurance needs -- and we have rental property and other specialized insurance needs. Always courteous and professional, we have always received prompt replies to all of our inquires. They take credit card payments over the telephone, which is great when we are social distancing.

Recently Sasha Arrendo assisted me in making a collision claim with a competing insurance company. Sasha provided information to me which resulted in me being empowered when I spoke to the insurance company of the driver who rear ended my vehicle.
