Raymark Plumbing & Sewer
Since 1977, Raymark has been implementing tried-and-true techniques combined with the most technologically advanced methods available. We practice continuous learning and skill building. In addition, our senior plumbers pass on their considerable knowledge to the next generation of plumbers, through our apprentice program.

As a result, Raymark technicians know the right way to solve and fix your water problems. If you have a leaky pipe, a clogged sewer or drain, or need a new water line, our knowledgeable and experienced technicians are here to help. Raymark provides honest and upfront pricing for plumbing and sewer services.
Services
In 1977, Ray, a plumber from England, and Mark, a Seattle native, began Raymark Plumbing. Over 40 years later, Raymark Plumbing and Sewer continues to be a family-owned business. Even though Ray and Mark have retired, the first employee we hired is still with us, training newer technicians and passing on his considerable knowledge.
Our technicians are trained to diagnose the source of problems and offer the best solutions. Raymark's dedication and expertise is the reason we have been Seattle's go-to plumber for over 42 years. We are the experts in water lines (water flowing into and inside your home), drain lines (water flowing out of and outside your home), leak repair, and water containment.
Leaking Toilet - Toilets can leak from multiple places. Water may show up on the floor, at the base of the toilet, or it may be leaking internally. Clogs - When you have a toilet clog, a toilet plunger is a great tool. The toilet plunger has an outer flange that fits into the hole at the bottom of the toilet and can be purchased at any hardware store.
Seattle is located in an amazing natural environment. The Cedar and Tolt River watersheds readily supply the city and surrounding areas with clean and great-tasting water. As a result, Seattle has the best tap water in any city in the country. If Seattle's water is so great, is a water filter needed?
The general contractor is the project manager and the liaison between all of the professionals hired. For this reason, your contractor is key. As you know, the professional builder, electrician, plumber, tiler, and painter all work collaboratively. In order to minimize expenses, time, and dependencies on others, scheduling must be coordinated between all parties.

We met Levi for the second time today when he came to help us with a clogged sewer line. He was just as efficient and personable as on the first visit. He communicated extremely well and methodically worked through the problem. He found another inside clean out access that I had forgotten about. He left with our line clear and ready to use. We had called Raymark last night when the second toilet overflowed (long story - we thought the block had been cleared). He was able to come this morning which is much appreciated. We could not ask for more efficient courteous service. Thank you Levi and Raymark

We had a water main break and needed an emergency plumber. We called Raymark's 24/7 line. They responded right away, were extremely helpful, and had our major issue resolved in a matter of days. They were so focused on helping us, that they forgot to ask for payment! I felt like the plumber was so sincerely focused on helping our emergent issue, it was incredible.

Raymark was the best plumbing service I have used in Seattle. I would choose them again and again. I had a sewer issue and I happen to be out of town. They got on the phone with me, assessed the situation, and determined the best path forward. They had stellar communication and I felt like they were on my side to get to the best answer. When they came out, they were professional, got the job done quickly, recommended short and long term solutions. They fixed the issue faster than another company had done years prior. In the past with sewer issues, other companies send someone out to assess and

I am so thankful to our plumber Joe and the rest of the Raymark team. We had water leaking through our kitchen walls as a result of an installation error made before we moved in, so a drip leak had been going for years. Joe was able to quickly identify the leak and thought through a number of options. The end result was a less invasive and less costly fix than it could have been, thanks to his thoughtfulness and ingenuity.
Combine the highly skilled technicians with a very responsive scheduling team and the result they get is a customer for life! Thank you again for the wonderful service. While

Had a great experience with Raymark. Looked at reviews, and found them to be a customer friendly local company. Worked with Marissa to get the information they needed to get a quote. She was professional and a great communicator. Ty, the tech provided the quote as promised. Was fortunate to get scheduled the next day. Ty and his assistant John were prompt, professional and did great work. Was actually relieved when Ty suggested replacing our water pressure valve (that was not functioning) and main line shut off valve. This was added to the job on the spot. Ty provided great explanations for all
