At KD Skin & Brows, I offer a variety of high quality skincare and brow services - from microblading and eyebrow shaping to custom facials and peels. Many of my treatments are customizable and can be altered based on your skin type and preferences. My goal is to give clients the results they are looking for by producing natural full shaped brows and/or healthy skin that looks radiant and youthful.
KD Skin & Brows offers Microblading. Microblading is a semi-permanent tattoo technique that utilizes a special handheld microblading eyebrow pen to create fuller, natural looking brows. Using the tool, hair-like strokes are drawn under the skin to mimic the natural hairs in your brows.
Microblading differs from cosmetic tattooing in that pigments are used instead of ink, which gives us the opportunity to work with changes in color, shape, and technique over time.With regular touch ups and great aftercare, it can last a lifetime. I met Karla couple of years ago and she did my eyebrows, I honestly think it was the best thing I have ever done cosmetically, not only my brows look natural but I look much younger. Phenomenal service! Karla was amazing! She does great work and I couldn’t be happier! Karla is amazing. I am almost 50 and have been wanting to do Microblading but simply too afraid. Anything on your face you must work with the best, well...Karla is the best. She was referred by my Dermatologist’s assistant. My eyebrows were very thin, and I am a very low makeup and work-it everyday kind of person. So natural was key...my eyebrows look like they did when I was 30!!!

I’ve been going to Karla for many years and even living in NYC, and LA, I will always book with her when I come visit my in-laws in San Diego because she is a true specialist when it comes to skincare.
She is also highly skilled with eyebrows! Her green peel helped get rid of old cystic acne scaring on my chin so much. I truly enjoy my visits with her and the results are always excellent after.

Karla is amazing! I had almost no brows and somehow through her microblading magic, I have brows again! She's knowledgeable and professional. She talked me through the process and made me feel comfortable. Her studio is immaculate and calming. I'm sure having almost zero brow hair made her job harder, but they look natural and I can go swimming and not have my penciled in brows disappear! If you've been on the fence about microblading, you can trust Karla to do it right!

Karla is EXCELLENT! She is very detail oriented, and does a consult appointment before the actual micro feathering. It was so helpful to get to know her, and have rough idea of how my brows would look afterward. Especially, to know that we were on the same page.
She is "no nonsense" when it comes to expectations, and after care instructions. I appreciate her being so upfront with the whole process. Make sure you follow her instructions!
Also, her space is tranquil and very beautiful.

Ahhhhh, the 90's. A time when mini backpacks, flared jeans, and little plastic butterfly clips that held two pieces of hair where life. It was a simple time. No one can tell that they've been microbladed, they look so natural. I would recommend 100% going in for a consult if you've been on the fence for awhile.

Karla is amazing. She is sweet, honest and genuine. I wish I'd done micro-blading years ago. I have always had sparse eyebrows and spend way too much time trying to get them to look right. They literally looked different everyday. Karla is so precise and her work is meticulous. Now, I know what my natural brow shape is suppose to be. I didn't experience any side effects, like irritation or scabbing. I save so much time getting ready. My husband and I travel to Hawaii once or twice a year and I always make excuses about not getting my face wet because my brows would rub off. Not anymore

Karla is an absolute magician!!! As you can see from my before and after picture, I really needed microblading. However, I have been contemplating it for a while, but it is honestly a game-changer. I have only had my first session done, but absolutely LOVE the results! It did not hurt, looks so real and completely natural. Even through the healing process, which really isn't bad, I've received many compliments. Having my eyebrows micro-bladed has given me so much more confidence and allows me to wear less makeup. If you are even considering it, I would say it's 100% worth
