At DebtWave Credit Counseling, we believe financial education is just as important as helping you get out of debt. We've even found that exposure to financial literacy programs has a positive impact on a person's credit score.
In a focus group of 116 DebtWave clients from 46 states plus Washington, D.C., we found that those who participated in a one-on-one credit counseling session, as well as completed the Smart With Your Money (S.W.Y.M.) Financial Education Program.On their one-year anniversary of enrolling in DebtWave's debt management program, 79 of the 116 participants saw an increase in their FICO score; with scores increasing on average from 625 to 638.

I am one of those individuals that was not sure about debt consolidation. I was totally new to it and did not really understand how this whole program works. For starters, trusting someone over the phone to work with your creditors on your behalf is something you have to put a lot of trust in. The first two months is a little rocky. After two months all my creditors have approved the lower interest rate and monthly payments that debt wave has requested. Most creditors approve rather quickly where some might take as long is a month or more. It’s just a little bumpy roads for the first two months

Wonderful company with very helpful employees. Whenever I had questions, they responded promptly. I don't think I could've paid down my credit card debt and raise my credit score as quickly as I did without their help. I recommend them to anyone needing help getting out of debt.

In a world of uncertainty, Debtwave has helped tremendously. Most reconciliation companies do not pay your creditors off. They make deals with each one for cheaper amounts, which does reflect negatively on your credit, but not DebtWave! Some companies may give cheaper interest rates but your debt gets paid in full. By far, the best decision I've made in the last year! Thanks DebtWave!

I am so appreciative that DebtWave is helping me get out of debt. I am one of the people that was concerned about allowing a company to help me get out of debt. I AM SO THANKFUL I WENT WITH DEBTWAVE. They have been very kind, understanding, helpful, informative & patient with me. I had alot of debt 😪 and needed help. I saw an ad in the mail for DebtWave, prayed about it and called and they have been helping me ever since. I am almost out of debt now (thanks to DebtWave 😃) and I couldn't be happier. Debtwave was recommended to me by a friend, and at first I was skeptical. I didn't expect to have such a big balance on my credit card, but had some necessary medical expenses. I thought I could pay most of it off by the end of the promo no interest period. The pandemic hit, my hours at that job were reduced, and no matter how much extra I paid, it didn't seem to put a dent in the interest. I was getting nowhere fast. After some research, I did call Debtwave. About six months later, I see my balance continuously lowering, and over $1000 has been paid off! The only con I experienced was that when

I'm so grateful I found DebtWave. They did a very thorough job of reviewing my finances with me, they were very kind, respectful and helpful. It was a wonderful experience and my overall anxiety about my finances is long gone!!! It's nice dealing with an organization you can trust verse everyone trying to take advantage of you with overpriced consolidation loans or loans with high APRs.

I started using DebtWave around October of 2019, today is April 2 and I’m still with them. I really love their services and the agents are really nice and help you out with any questions. They even give you advise on how to better spend your money and save up. I had an issue with one of my credit cards (the credit card company didn’t want to give DebtWave authority to consolidate or something like that) and my agent got on a three way call with me and my bank to help sort out the issue m. It was great. Not to mention the fact that my interest rates dropped drastically. I have 3 credit cards

We were nervous to use a debt Counsellor g service, but we are so happy and stress free that we did. Debt wave were friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. They negotiated our interest rates and we have saved thousands of dollars. We are now debt free and it’s a huge relief.
