I recently purchased a 77" LG OLED TV from Walt's and could not be happier regarding the whole experience. What I love about Walt's is their ability to provide expert advice without driving unnecessary cost to the customer. I was able to purchase a beautiful tv, while paying less than Costco, Best Buy or Crutchfield. Matt was my salesman and provided excellent input into my buying decision, and was way more technically fluent than your typical Best Buy salesman. Rip offs! They lie on Walmart.com about their shipping dates. They over charged by 1k for a tv my local sams club has after researching. They took several weeks to process a refund after a tv not being delivered on time. The TV never made it to my house after recovering a delivery Confirmation from both Walmart.com and FedEx I go to my door to find only an HD cable though the delivery confirmation included my tv and the he cable. They failed to mention or even contact me before hand that the tv would be delivered THIRD PARTY and would take an extra week. They then finally refunded the tv money

When it hadn't arrived by 12/6, I contacted Walmart who told me they would email Walt's TV and I would hear back within 48 hours. This place and more importantly the people, are amazing!! They pulled off a miracle (in my eyes) in getting my GORGEOUS new fridge to us before thanksgiving (just days after I ordered it). Miles was amazing to deal with as far as setting up delivery & handling the purchase.

My husband and I recently relocated from Tucson, AZ to Oil City PA. We needed a new TV and ordered it off Amazon. The TV was delivered quickly, but unfortunately there was damage to the external box, the internal box and the TV. I called Walt’s and sent pictures. They arranged for the TV to be picked up the next day and sent a prepaid return label. Our replacement TV arrived today and is set up and working great. My husband recently searched online to find a Samsung big screen TV. Walt's TV appeared. We didn't recognize the name, but when we saw it was located in Tempe, AZ only a few miles away, we called, preferring to buy local. I had a wonderful experience buying Sony TV online from Walts.com. I worked with Miles and can answered all my questions before I purchased it. We chose to go to Walt's to get the best information about a smart tv--and we got it. Miles was knowledgable and did a great job explaining all the options available. The instillation team of Brandon and Kyle did a great job. Our overall experience was five star+. We would not hesitate to return to buy other electronics there. By the way the LGOLED tv is great!!

I was not home during the installation, my mother was. When I got home however, I was thoroughly pleased with how neat and professional the installation looked. I had a power outlet installed along with the TV mounting service. It works great!! The guys showed up during the window they had given. They kept in constant contact with me making sure to do EXACTLY as I asked because of my absence. They were awesome and kind over the phone. I would recommend Walts to anyone needing these services. I've been a customer of WALTS TV for about 15 years and have bought at least 5 different TVs from them over that time. Each time the experience was great. On one occasion while their team was installing a new TV at my office they realized the one they brought with them had a manufacturer's defect. The install team promised they would be back later that day with a replacement. When they returned they informed me that they didn't have the exact same model so they had brought me an upgraded model at no additional cost!

The staff are friendly and the business is the first local audio/theater electronic store I've been to that felt current and aware of the trends. Called to see if they had the hard to find Sonos Arc Soundbar and they did! When we went in to pick up we were assisted by Richard Lippert. He provided us such great service and was so pleasant and easy to deal with that we ended up purchasing a sub woofer and 85in TV. All pricing was great, even better than Costco & Best Buy on the TV. I ordered my tv on 01/01/21. Received an confirmation email and expected a call either Sunday or Monday. I ended up calling at 10am because I'm impatient. The representative couldn't find my order. They contract with scammy suppliers such as Walts TV who don't deliver your paid for item(s), lie to you, and give you fake telephone numbers so you can't call them back. And even though you place the order and pay for it with Walmart through your Walmart account, Walmart customer service will not help you either. DO NOT give Walmart your Black Friday business. On Thursday, 8/27/20, I went into Walts TV and discussed televisions that I was interested in with Richard. I found him to be very informative on the sets that I had interest in. He was very professional and listened attentively. There was no heavy sales tactics. One of the sets I was interested in was the LG Nanocell 99 series, he had in stock and gave me a good price.I went to several stores and no one had the set on display. I highly recommend Walt's TV. I ordered my tv online through Walmart and Walt's TV was one of their marketplace vendors. After ordering online, I was to work with Walt's TV regarding any questions I had related to delivery or the product itself. I called their customer service regarding tv measurements and they were able to promptly answer my question. Had the condo pre wired as Miles suggested, they installed three TV's that we all ready had and then Bought a 70 inch 4k Sony. They set up the internet and everything was professionally done. We have been using Walt's TVs for a number of years and the different types of products from televisions to sound systems and each time the service is amazing! My last purchase was an outdoor television that they had to secure into our stucco wall which turned out perfectly!!! The guys who installed it were so nice and professional!! You might pay a few bucks more here but that very slight difference will surely be made up for in quality and most importantly the service!

I ordered a LG 65" OLED 4K 3-D TV on Amazon from Walt's. They called promptly to confirm my order and explained the shipping process. With free shipping and no taxes I was concerned of the service. Chris at Walt's was patient and explained everything along with email confirmation and communication. My TV was shipped and I got an email from Chris with the tracking info and he continued to follow up until it arrived in 3 days! White glove delivery and everything went perfect!
