I worked with Greg, who was awesome. After 3 months of searching and a month jobless, I was losing hope. Looking for jobs during COVID proved very difficult. Within a month of meeting Greg, I was placed with a top ten law firm in Seattle at my exact asking pay. I cannot recommend ESP enough. Every one of the partners takes the time to learn who YOU are, what your strengths are, and what you want for your next career step. They discuss your options honestly, then present you (with your approval) to the best matched clients. Most other agencies may say they do that, but they don't - they just want to place you anywhere and get their $. Not ESP, they have always felt like they wanted the best MATCH, not the most scratch ($)! For that, I am eternally grateful and always send people their way. Thanks Greg!

About 2 months ago I contacted Emerald Search in hopes to find a new job within the legal field. After speaking to a recruiter on the phone, they began looking for my next role. I have known Greg for many years. He is the best recruiter in the game. He recently placed me in a Law Firm Administrator position with a prominent law firm. The interview process took roughly two months due to scheduling. During these two months, Greg diligently kept in touch with me and the firm. Also, during these two months Greg got married and went on vacation, and still responded to my emails while continuing to represent me to this employer. First, I used ESP as a job seeker. I needed to find a new job because the environment at my then-current firm had grown too toxic for me to tolerate, and the first Craigslist ad I answered had been posted by ESP on behalf of one of their clients. I first spoke with Greg shortly after I started with my old firm, and I told him I had found the position myself because the lack of follow up I had received from another legal staffing agency in Seattle had left a bad taste in my mouth. Greg promised me that wouldn't be my experience with him if/when I decided to look again.
