Our hardwood floor refinishing process includes sanding, refinishing, and restoration without the dust or toxins. Our machines collect the debris and toxins during the process. This is a "dustless" wood floor refinishing process.
We also can deep clean and strip wood floors without sanding at all in certain cases when sanding is not necessary (wood boards are just really dirty), the wood floor is too thin, or the job site has space and furniture limitations (please inquire with any questions).Up until 1926, hardwood floor refinishing was a labor intensive and time consuming process.

1 Sweep frequently with a high quality broom so that you rid your floor of any dirt, dust and other particles that can cause damage and dullness over time. 3 Use a professional hardwood floor cleaner with a "0" ph level to remove any tough scuffs and heel marks (spray a small amount on a micro fiber cloth and rub the stained area lightly).

Excellent work! We asked Adam and his crew to remove old carpets, sand, and refinish a floor and a staircase from an old house. When the crew found that the carpet was hiding a staircase in much worse shape than estimated, with layers of old paint that had to be scraped out, Adam kept us informed that the crew needed more time, sent many detailed photos, and made sure that the delays would not impact our plans. The results were excellent! The floors were amazing. We noticed that the crew was extra careful: the house was very clean, with no scuffs nor marks, and mostly without dust.

Adam and his team were fantastic. Within two days of calling Wood Vitalize, Adam came for an estimate and then again two days later to do the work which was done within one day-- my floors look great.
Wood Vitalize did a buff and recoat of floors in two rooms of my apartment, they were extremely professional and were able to complete the work within one day. Adam and his team are very knowledgeable about how to preserve and maintain hardwood floors. Great service and value all around.

I had a really good experience with Adam and his crew for a floor sanding job of an old townhouse. He was very responsive and made it a point of coming in for a quote next day or the day after. We were able to get the crew scheduled within three weeks, which was in line with our desired timeframe. Their attention to detail was immaculate. My partner, who works in construction and critiques this sort of work, was ecstatic with how they left it. We’ve both been very pleased with the final result!

Wood Vitalize is an excellent flooring contractor. I corresponded with Adam directly and he came for an in person visit to inspect the condition of the floor as soon as we got access to the apartment. He is detailed and thorough and answered all my questions and concerns. The company is insured and was able to provide all documentation the building requires within a day. Adam committed to a date, showed up on time with his crew and completed the job within the estimated time. The floor looks great after! I'm really glad I went with Wood Vitalize. Definitely recommend it to anyone thinking

Super impressed with Adam at Wood Vitalize. I had an issue with floor damage that I discovered once tenants vacated the property. They had stored black plastic bins underneath the bed and in the coat closet that removed the finish off the floors and stained them. I had called other wood experts and did not get a response back. Adam called me soon after I left a message on the business line. He scheduled to fix the floors soon after our first call. I was grateful that  he fit me in, even with his busy schedule. The  price he quoted was reasonable and the work he did to fix the floors

My husband reached out to Wood Vitalize after reading reviews online. Adam was not only very responsive and professional, but also very knowledgeable about wood flooring. We purchased an apartment earlier this year and Adam and his team refinished our parquet floors. The floor was originally a dark brown color and after being refinished became a lovely light natural brown. It looks like a completely new floor. We have a ~1,400 sf duplex and it took Adam and his team two and a half days to complete the project. I highly recommend Wood Vitalize to anyone looking to refinish their floor.

Adam and his crew did an amazing job on the wood floors of our prewar apt. Though I knew that sanding and buffing would improve the appearance of the floors, I was impressed by how good they looked at the end. Adam was fantastic! I called in an emergency situation, needing some hardwood floor repair work ASAP as part of an apartment move-out, and he was incredibly responsive, gracious, and helpful. He got a team out immediately (within a day), was very patient with a few changes from us regarding what we needed to do, and he was easy and pleasant to work with. Based on the Reviews I decided to give Wood Vitalize a call and was happy that I did. I was returned a phone call promptly and was able to schedule an appointment with Adam to look over the floors for a refinish. Adam and his team or phenomenal! They did the impossible; they transformed our floors in just two days. Their price was reasonable and they worked diligently and long hours to get our house prepared for our painters. Adam and his team did a great job refinishing the floors of our condo. The pricing was straightforward, they were helpful and easy to work with, and they finished on schedule -- the place was also very clean after they left. The finished floors came out looking absolutely beautiful; the color is clean/light/matte the way we wanted it and all of the scratches and sun damage are gone!

Adam and his crew were amazing to work with. They did a floor refinishing job for two bed room apartment, and turned old red oak wood into beautiful silky, matte floors. Throughout the project, they were professional, punctual, and responsive. Adam constantly communicated with me to make sure that the final outcome is what I desired. In addition, Adam was on top of all the paperwork required by building management, and made the entire process incredibly smooth. I will definitely reach out to him in the future for more floor jobs.

Adam was very helpful, professional and accommodating. We had a very slim window to get our floors done but he still walked us through the process thoroughly and made it work. Floors turned out gorgeous, there was no mess afterwards and our downstairs neighbors didn't even realize that there was work being done right above them.
