Services
We assist you in completing all of the required paperwork for your friend, neighbor, family member, or other loved one to get on the program that is most appropriate for their needs. Paperwork needed includes, but is not limited to Colorado Medicaid Application, referral to services for case management agency, required documentation from the physician.

I was a Case Manager for the Medicaid waiver programs, EBD, IHSS and skilled care. I referred my clients to Antonina because of their great care. I was given many difficult clients who would find fault with any Home Health Agency they chose. I would ask them if I could refer them to Antonina and they would agree. My clients would be so happy with the care they received and would make sure I knew it. If there was an issue, Management would respond and follow up immediately. The issue would be resolved and Management made sure I knew the outcome.

My care giver, Gala does an outstanding job. She works so fast and always has a beautiful smile and attitude. Recently I moved. She helped me pack, unpack and get organized. This the best agency and I worked at quite a few agencies before. I've been with them for 3 years now. They always listen and got my back in difficult situations.
They accommodated me when I needed to take time off for my surgery and always worked around my schedule. They also helped my family member go through this crazy medicaid process and me to get paid as relative caregiver. You can tell they really care about their clients and employees.

My grandparents have been working with Antonina Health Care And have been having the greatest experience ever. The workers are on time they’re professional they do their due diligence and they even go above and beyond when needed. I would recommend Antonia highly!! The office staff is extremely responsive and constantly are in contact with us if there are any concerns.

I highly recommend Antonina Health Care! They always communicate my mother's progress or any changes in her condition to us. Unlike other agencies we've worked with in the past Antonina's staff finds solutions that would beneficial to our mother's care. All her caregivers are amazing.
