This Home Health agency is the best base on my experience . For my father I had 3 home health agency but to be sure ATA&ANA Home health agency has been the best. After so many search finally I found this agency in 2017 and life begin to be easy for me and my family. The owner of this agency took our case and personally came to my mom house to do paper work, after meeting with me and my mother she figured out what type of the caregiver my mother needs. 3 years passed and I am so glad that I came across with this agency! The people in the office that I am dealing with are so professionally trained and always ready to help. I heard about this agency thru the referral of a colleague who praised their great work. We are from Maryland and therefore the agency couldn’t provide home care services to us (they are licensed by Virginia to only provide services in Virginia). But the reason I am writing this is because even though they could not take my mom’s newly approved case from UnitedHealthcare the person attending my call was extremely helpful and supportive. She provided suggestions on what to look for in home care services and in personal care aides, how to make sure my mom gets the right care, as well as pointing

This company is very good. The people are very nice. They work hard and all of the employees come on time. The management is wonderful and it was great using their services. I had my mother using the services of one of these chain national homecare agencies. She was just a number to them, and there was just no care in the homecare that they were providing. Its like they were serving fast food. So I took her out of there and got Ataana’s service. Much better, at Ata&ana they took care of my mom, and now we both receive weekly calls from the administrating director asking to see how she is doing. She even personally visited my mom. This feels right! It is like fine dining vs. fast food.
