We will also take x-rays, which includes the panoramic x-ray for proper diagnosis of the anterior (front) and posterior (back) teeth as well as the bite-wing x-ray series for proper diagnosis of proximal decay of posterior teeth.Implants are synthetic structures that are placed in the area of the tooth normally occupied by the root.

All our professionals at Comfort Dental Studio PC maintain the highest levels of accreditation and pursue ongoing education to stay abreast of the latest trends in cosmetic dentistry. Dr. Alisa Nelson-Wade is a native of Eatonton, Georgia. She attended Georgia College where she earned a Bachelor's of Science degree in Biology with a minor in Chemistry in 1994.

I haven't been to Comfort Dental Studio in a very very very long time. I am so very happy to state that ABSOLUTELY NOTHING HAS CHANGED! Dr. Nelson and staff are still the 💣! She is very knowledgeable and, of course, she is a professional. Dr. Nelson and her staff were very patient with me, and made it their business to put me at ease. And, the prices are very very very very reasonable! I highly recommend Comfort Dental Studio Inc to one and all for your dental needs. I am still a very satisfied customer!!!!!!!

I can’t tell you how much of a Blessing they all have been at Comfort Dental Studio. They’re truly like family. Always respectful and gentle. I’m never afraid to get a procedure done and believe me, I’ve had plenty of encounters with other dentists. I travel over an hour just to make it here and I enjoy the ride knowing when I arrive, I’ll be warmly welcomed. Definitely bringing my son soon!!!

I thought I found my new dentist, unfortunately I was completely wrong. To begin with the staff is unusually rude. First impressions are lasting ones. I wish I had did more research on this practice prior to allowing them to work on my teeth. Not only is the work extremely subpar, but the service is the worst I have ever experienced. Scheduling, Billing, communication is clearly not something they take pride in doing. The nasty matter of fact way the staff addresses patients is beyond my understanding. You would think that they were providing free services and that you were an inconvenience to

Great staff and doctor. Everyone was so down to earth and friendly and welcoming. The dental assistant and doctor were attentive, caring and funny. No one really enjoys going to the doctor, but they made it easy. Front desk was sweet and funny. Great energy from everyone and would definitely recommend.

I love Dr. NELSON and her team. Everyone is super nice- from when they answer the phone to the appointment and even in their follow up. They are always in a great, happy and positive mood. I have never laughed more and and felt more attention here than any other dentist office I have been too. They have state of the art equipment and truly care about teeth and gum health. I don't dread going to the dentist anymore. 😁

Love my dentist! Dr. Nelson and her staff are very attentive and makes their practice feel like you're a part of the family.
They have done an amazing job with my dental care and have improved my dental health since I started coming here several years ago. They immediately identified issues that my old dentist (Dental TLC) was simply looking past and doing customary cleanings.
