For a bank that is just starting out and seven years old the customer service is absolutely fantastic. Everyone I have come into contact with has been very knowledgeable and friendly. If you need something, you call the number and a person answers. All problems I have ever had are solved in no time. Great bank.

I use a linked credit union and came here for the first time to deposit cash, all of which were bills no smaller than a $10. The teller got upset and scolded me for bringing cash. I was confused, but I apologized for the inconvenience because she seemed so upset at me. She complained that she had to check the bills. That is normal for a bank to do as far as I know. She scolded me twice more, loudly sighing, while she was counting the bills and when she gave me my receipt, and told me to not “wait til the last minute next time.” I got there at 12:40 and I heard her tell someone on the phone
