We are located across from the New Orleans' Saints Training Camp in Metairie. We have been serving the Jefferson Parish and the surrounding areas providing health and rehabilitation services for the area's senior population since 1977.

St. Anthony's staff provides 24-hour skilled nursing care with exceptional Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy. The combination of these resources provides a pathway for each individual to effectively reach their highest physical, mental, and psychological functional level & well-being.

St. Anthony's has partnered with Triton Healthcare to provide an array of comprehensive integrated rehabilitation programs to its residents. Program goals include restoration of patient functioning, improvement of quality of life, and the return of the least restrictive setting appropriate for the patient's needs.
St. Anthony's redesigned memory care unit is geared towards people living with Alzheimer's, dementia, and other forms of memory loss. This area creates a calm and safe environment designed to best suit the residents needs by providing a dining room and day area near their room where they can easily navigate.
