Our story began 24 years ago in a small 1500 square foot restaurant in San Fernando Valley California. As native New Yorkers, our father and uncle believed that their Fresh Mexican food concept would be a true hit throughout Long Island. Green Cactus migrated to New York in 1995 and so our story began.

Pretty good Mexican food. A step up from food like Chipotle. The tacos were delicious and plenty of beef in them. The one foot burrito is no joke and a great value for the price. Tried a variety of their salsas but didn’t care for any. That is the reason for the 4 stars. Would go again if in the area and looking for Mexican food. Overall, yummy food and reasonable prices.

One of my favorite Mexican restaurants my favorite is chips with guacamole. I had their taquitos and they were really good, tacos are always great. Service is great and the wait is based on how much you order and food preparation. It gets busy so be prepared to wait on line but not for long. I saw that lots of people call ahead to pick up an order but I was dining in but it was good to know.
