We highly recommend Portland window coverings! The sales consultant Dana was knowledgeable and professional and had consistent follow up from start to finish as well as Linda in regards to scheduling. Also, the owner Joel went above and beyond to make sure our blind measurements and installation was perfect and ours was a difficult job 20+ feet up on three windows in a vaulted ceiling living room. All the window coverings in our house were replaced. The products we chose were completely satisfactory. We cannot sufficiently praise Blake, who did the measurements and installation. I called Portland Window Coverings to get an estimate on Silhouette blinds. I spoke with Christine who was absolutely wonderful! She gave me a price based on my measurements. She also offered to come out and confirm the measurements to make sure I was getting bids for the right sizes. There was no charge or commitment for her to come out so we quickly set up a time. I am glad I did! Christine was prompt, very knowledgeable, brought samples for various price points, and confirmed the correct measurements. I was very pleased with the entire experience and happy to find out their pricing was reasonable

Ordering from this store was so easy. The showroom had many styles on display making it easier to choose whether we wanted motorized or not and the style of valance. We picked the color and material from a great selection. The staff were very helpful with suggestions to fit our wants and needs.
The installation was very professional. We had 4 large windows to cover and with two installers it was a smooth process. They had measured the openings before ordering so the fit was perfect. We highly recommend this company for your window covering needs.
