Well, what I can say? I can’t believe it was that easy to get a loan. A very good company with great people. Their main task is to keep the client happy and they showed it to me from start to finish :)))) To be honest I couldn’t even use a loan calculator myself and had very vague idea about loans. Their team, and mainly David Ghazaryan (my favorite broker there) walked me through the process and helped me compile my application for the loan.

This was the second time working with David and Lone Mortgage. Once it was in 2016, when I purchased my home, and now a refinance. And there is also my brother, he just bought his first house with David.
