I had an issue with a pair of shades. Frank has some awesome customer service and helped me out. I've placed multiple orders with this company and I'd definitely recommend them.

TERRIBLE NON-RESPONSIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE!I placed an order for $170 of Knockarounds. I had one pair (that I purchased through Amazon) and I liked them. NINE days later they have not even been processed. I have written to them six times and left five voice messages over the last six days and I have not received any response. The problem is that they were supposed to be delivered to the place where I was staying for two weeks. I was told they would be mailed the next day after ordering them. Now I am no longer there and they will be delivered to whomever is renting the place next.

Had the worst experience. My package was left in "preshipping" for almost a week I made multiple attempts to contact customer service and it took several days to hear back. I informed them to cancel my order before it shipped since it was taking so long and I didn't hear back until after it finally shipped and per the representative could no longer be cancelled. I ordered weeks in advance to be able to take on my vacation and they will be arriving while I am already gone and so they will be of no use. Also, per the rep when returned I will be offered a "voucher" to make

Soooooo I've ordered more Knocks. The whole family got them for Christmas (umm Santa May have got me a pair or two also). I picked some out according to what I thought they'd dig AND they all got blue blocking glasses.

They love them!! And have asked for extra pair for their office (those that are working outside of home). Which I already had, cuz I stocked up during the sale. So give them your email address, so you know when all the things you want are on sale :)

Wanted to thank Frank again for being so helpful! These glasses are superior quality! I am a pretty active guy, but no worries when it comes to the durability of these glasses. They are well put together and withstand some of the harshest conditions.
I was in contact with the staff and they return messages so fast, just like they shipping. Considering we are all suffering from the Covid outbreak, they were still able to get my purchases to me sooner than later.

After reading many positive reviews, I decided to order a few pairs for my dad for Father's Day this past June. I must say, the quality is awesome and comparable to some of the more expensive brands out there. I bought my dad a few pairs of Ray Bans last year and they have both since bit the dust... we still have them laying around and my dad compared them to the Knocks... a few seconds later he threw the Ray Bans in the trash. Needless to say the quality of the polarized lenses appeared much clearer and he especially loves the fact that they're so affordable! My brother also liked them

The customer service for this company is second to none. The owners really do care about every customer. After getting two pairs of these, I liked the quality and style so much that I bought two more. I definitely would recommend buying glasses from this company.

I've been a fan of this company for years. I own over a dozen pairs of knockarounds and have always been blown away by their customer service and quality of product.

After my experience today, I knew I had to leave a review. I bought a pair of glasses in 2015 that I wore all the time. I recently scratched the lenses pretty badly. I emailed asking if they sold replacement lenses for their glasses. Instead of selling me lenses, they said that I could send the shades back, where they would fix them and send them back to me FOR FREE.

I was contemplating on buying a new pair because I lost my other pair. I looked up the address and drove to their warehouse. Technically, I don't think they sell to people who come knocking at the door, but a guy by the name of Keegan was super cool and let me go downstairs where all the product is and let me pick out a pair, and pay for them right there. Really appreciated that. I'll continue to be a customer as well. Knockaround rocks

Love my Knockaround Sunglasses but I'm having trouble with a pair I bought recently. I've written and called twice. They responded 3 days after I wrote them and asked me to send pictures of my issue. I did and now 4 days later no response. Left another voicemail and still nothing. Terrible customer support. Great sunglasses.

I bought a couple of sunglasses and I will be buying more!
The ones in the picture are custom Premiums. My other ones are Fort Knocks in matte black, gunmetal hardware and green moonstone lenses.
I did the lens test and they are polarized and they are of good quality.

Very happy and I like the fact that I'm supporting local San Diego business!!

I have to admit, I'm a sunglasses kinda guy. I love my Oakleys and my Ray-Bans, but after losing a couple of pairs over the years, I've become leery of losing them (especially after how much they cost). Then, I heard about Knockaround after reading about them in our local paper (http://www.sandiegouniontribune.com/news/2016/jul/04/the-futures-so-bright-he-made-his-own-shades/)...

Intrigued by the idea of building my own pair of custom shades, I decided to give them a shot; for $30 I went with a pair of their Fort Knocks with Candy Blue arms, a Frosted Grey front, and Green Moonshine

Love your giveaways for the padres and I had to get me a few pairs for summer season, love supporting good local companies. Keep it up guys

Shout out to Frank who was awesome and extremely helpful. I've purchased a few times from Knockaround. My latest purchase was somehow lost in the mail. When I let them know I didn't receive my order, they immediately sent out a replacement set.
