My husband needed his bumper repaired after a minor accident. Manuel Cerda helped us every step of the way and kept us updated. Our vehicle was repaired in one day! Pretty impressive. I definitely recommend this place. Oh, and he personally delivered my husband's yeti cup that he left there! Amazing customer service.

I had to take my car in for repairs due to a rather large dent in my rear passenger door on the driver's side. It took a little longer than normal due to issues beyond their control, but the job and communication was impeccable! My insurance company had a couple of other "preferred" service centers, but I could never get ahold of them. Evey time I called Blue Ribbon, they answered the phone and were always courteous. That's a huge deal to me! They had to replace my whole door and when they were done, you can't even tell. Gasper kept me apprised of what was going on with my vehicle every time I

I could not be happier with Blue Ribbon! Not only were they courteous but they were timely. I had to get the repairs done in 30 days due to a rental car time limit and Blue Ribbon did it! With all the supply chain delays it's amazing they could do what they did. My car looks great, like new! Manny was especially attentive. I'll definitely recommend this company.

I had the best experience with Blue Ribbon and Yvonne! It hasn’t been three weeks since my car was hit and even with the current parts shortage, repairs are complete and I have my car back like the accident never happened. I chose Blue Ribbon after having an awful experience with Caliber Collision. (My husband’s car was hit a month before mine and Caliber still hasn’t finished his repairs.) I called Blue Ribbon two days after my car was hit and Yvonne walked me through the process. Within a week she called to tell me that she submitted a repair estimate to my insurance and she would be ordering

Took my car here after getting recommendations from people I know and I was not disappointed, my car's door and quarter panel needed to be replaced/fixed up and when they were done with it, you wouldn't even be able to tell it was in an accident. Mr. Manuel Cerda took care of me and gave me every detail and update throughout the whole process so I knew what they were doing and was never worried about a thing. Had an amazing experience with Blue Ribbon Collision. Woke up one morning to find a woman had hit my 2019 Mustang in the apartment parking lot. My car is my baby. I immediately started looking into repair facilities and Blue Ribbon was highly recommended by several of my car peers.
I contacted them and got the car there that same day. They immediately went to work and had everything set in motion that same day. Repairs were very fast and very thorough. Manny, my service writer, was in contact with me just about everyday with updates and progress. They went above and beyond.

I was in an accident a couple of months ago, and decided to try a different place to repair my car. Instead of Caliber Collision, I chose you all at Blue Ribbon. I’m so happy that I did! My car came back looking better than it did before the wreck. Gasper was the man I dealt with the whole time, and he was extremely friendly, efficient, and was always available if I needed a question answered. Everyone was very friendly!
