Lu is such a hard worker and she and her team are on top of everything! It's a very tough market for us as buyers, finding the perfect house during Covid, fighting for multiples were definitely not easy, Lu went above and beyond and get us in the viewing and submitting offer before everyone else! Lu is just amazing! She knows the ins and outs of the purchasing process. She was always there to help us through every step of the way, with thorough information, lots of feedback and follow up, and an excellent attentiveness to the details. Making a big purchase can be stressful and daunting, but she assuaged our fears and trepidations many times with her knowledge, experience, and confidence.

Lu did such a wonderful job for me selling my condo in Ktown last year. I recommended Lu to my parents after my parents' initial realtor couldn't sold their condo over 4 months. Lu was able to educate us on a reasonable price to sell the condo quickly. Two weeks after the condo was listed, we had a contract. On the third week, Lu also secured us a backup offer. It was a pleasure to work with Lu Ye. A very sharp and proactive realtor, who provided us with a lot of time and dedication to ensure we got the right house in the right neighborhood at the right price and not just any house to buy quickly. It took several houses and neighborhoods to go around looking at the good and the bad and we didn't get the pressure with her to get a home which wasn't the right one for us.
