For over forty years, Thermacon has designed, engineered, manufactured and installed storage tank insulation products throughout the world. We have designed our products to satisfy the specific requirements of various industries, including the petrochemical, wastewater, energy, food and beverage, fire protection and water storage industries.
For over forty years, Thermacon has successfully installed our asphalt tank insulation systems built for storing products at higher temperatures. We have perfected our craft and developed the most efficient tank insulation systems for these substances. Both our horizontal panel system and vertical standing seam system are suitable for asphalt and petroleum.
Thermacon products are always at the forefront of technology, and bolted storage tanks are no exception. Thermacon bolted storage tanks are designed to suit any bolted tank, whether it has horizontal staves, web truss stiffeners, or a knuckle roof edge. With our extensive experience we can provide for many different aspects of bolted tanks, geodesic domes, anchor chairs, level gages, cramped spaces, pump houses, as well as manway covers and more.
Thermacon can provide outer shell and roof insulation for cold storage application of up to -50°F. Thermacon always provides a safe solution to insulate and maintain the operating temperature required for ammonia, propane and butane tank applications. Thermacon uses isocyanurate foam laminated to outer aluminum sheathing panels in a variety of thicknesses determined by the required boil off rate of the tank.
Thermal energy storage tanks, also known as TES, chills a storage medium to between 25-40 degrees using off-peak energy for cost saving for later use in air conditioning service. Thermacon's specialty thermal energy storage tanks are ideal for air conditioning service in a building. Mechanical chillers using "off-peak" or "rate-shifted" energy cause the water to be cooled.

He also gave us advice on installing a carbon monoxide detector, as our heating system is getting older, and changed the batteries in our existing smoke alarms! After contacting Thermacon about my AC not cooling, Nick was sent to my house. He was prompt, and professional. After diagnosing the issue, he gave me options for repair, prices included. My wife and I decided that a new system would the best solution. Thermacon then sent out Mark, a comfort specialist, who went over multiple payment, and system options; that was on a Tuesday. Mr Mark Ragsdale was very professional when visiting our home to assess our needs for our HVAC system. He answered all questions honestly and not just add a salesperson. Needless to say, our system was installed earlier than he 1st mentioned which was awesome since we're in the heat of summer.

Adam was very professional and prompt. He knew how to explain the air conditioning jargon to me. I'm pleased that this business has a yearly maintenance plan for me to purchase. Everyone I worked with--Mark, Kevin, and Lance--indeed, their entire team--did a superb job of helping me select and then install my new HVAC system. It included a state-of-the art heat pump, electric resistance heaters, a REME Halo ultraviolet light sanitizing system, a new high-efficiency filter at the air handler, and a new thermostat. We've been using the system since July 2020 and have been thrilled with its performance. The system has been running cooler during the peak summer months, but the energy consumption has been consistently lower than historical levels. We've been satisfied customers

I have thoroughly enjoyed working with Thermacon. They are all professional, knowledge, and go out of their way to provide the best service. Micah has serviced our old AC for a few years and let us know when it was time we needed knew one. He had Mark out the next day to provide the best deals on replacing all three of our units at the same time. Kevin, Philip, and Sam did an amazing job getting all three units installed in two days. They also replaced the door for one closer at no extra cost. They go above and beyond for their customers. I highly recommend this company.
