The Blue Ova Method describes our natural and holistic approach to reproductive wellness. Abdominal Therapy is founded on an ancient Maya technique of abdominal massage. This technique is performed externally using intuitive folk massage techniques combine with anatomy, physiology, and other focused learning. This technique gently guides and supports organs back into their optimal position, allowing for improved functioning for optimal health and wellness.
The Blue Ova 4-Month Fertility Prep Program is a results-based program based on the core tenets of the Blue Ova Method. It is a proven program that combines expertise in holistic medicine with research-based protocols. Our program is crafted to optimize a couple's ability to conceive through acupuncture, herbal medicine, vitamins and supplements, nutrition, and lifestyle.
Many women experience difficulty when breastfeeding, particularly during the initial first weeks. With the proper support, education and time most issues can be overcome, and breastfeeding can be a satisfying, healthy experience for mother and baby. An International Board Certified Lactation Consultant or IBCLC is a health care professional that specializes in the clinical management of breastfeeding.

So far my experience with Blue Ova Health has been wonderful. I am 36 weeks pregnant, and have been coming for the past 6 weeks. Some things that we have addressed with my sessions are circulation, back pain, nutritional optimization for the baby, and sleep (for me). This review is way overdue. I started at Blue Ova in January of 2020 after I wound up in the ER with an ovarian cyst, long irregular cycles, and months of abnormal bleeding. During my intake, Robin was unbelievably supportive and knowledgeable. I was teary eyed at the end of my first visit because I not only felt heard but she offered a clear care pathway.

They helped me treat pregnancy morning sickness, insomnia, fatigue, hip pain, constipation...and thanks in part to Blue Ova, I showed up to my induction already 3 cm dilated (I made it to 38 weeks with twins!).
I'm not sure what I would have done without them during my pregnancy journey and now that I'm five months postpartum I miss seeing them every week.

My experience here has consistently been outstanding. From the very first evaluation, I got great vibes and knew this place was thorough and caring. The space is super clean and the decor is so zen and inviting. Everyone is so knowledgeable and friendly and you really feel like you're in good, capable hands when you're there. I have been going to Blue Ova since last winter and the service was always so great. I was able to really enjoy the acupuncture experience. Then Covid hit and I was unable to go in for 3 months, this was really hard for me because I had just found out I was pregnant and really needed support. Blue Ova was so great at changing directions. I am so grateful for the incredibly gentle, professional and knowledgeable care I received at Blue Ova, from Michelle especially. I started my treatments at 35 weeks pregnant to help prepare my body for labor and to ease some pregnancy symptoms. I am pleased to share that I went into labor spontaneously at 40+5 days since I was already dilated and effaced. This is a long overdue review for Blue Ova and Robin. I can't speak highly enough of the treatment I received there, both in terms of medical efficacy and in terms of kindness and compassion. I went to Robin for fertility-related treatment and even though we were starting later than the recommended timing the results were spectacular! Like, my doctors saying "we've never seen such good results," levels of spectacular.

Robin Sheared helped me through a difficult time in my life, including providing much needed support--not just physical, but also emotional--through a challenging pregnancy.
