We had a hot water heater explode and ruin lots of subfloor and tiling. Ricky went above and beyond to make our exasperating experience a thing of the past. I would highly recommend Floor Nashville to anyone looking for an honest, high-quality local business for your flooring needs. We will definitely use them again for any projects in our rental houses in the future.

Our flooring job was much more difficult than expected as our sub-floor was very rough and bumpy. Once we learned that the vinyl planks were not going to work with our sub-floor, Ricky made sure the situation was made right. It cost him and his team a couple of extra days of work but they did not charge us for any of the re-work or the labor of applying floor leveling compound which had to be done. Ricky was honest, professional, reasonably priced, responsive, and easy to work with. We are happy with how our floor turned out!

Ricky and his team replaced the carpet on the stairs and leading to the upstairs. They did an awesome job and he said he would stand by the work — there was a plank with a knot, but Bert said it added character. The attention to detail was awesome and the stain crew commented on how the bottom step was framed and professionally done. Thanks Floor Nashville! Well definitely share our experience with neighbors and friends.
