I requested a quote, I was contacted the next day about openings at which point I scheduled one. I took off work for them to come in the morning at 9 am. The day and time came and went with a no show. A few hours later I received an email saying sorry but the guy who was going to come didn't have experience in this job and will reach out to someone else but still have not heard back.

I placed a call for a repair to a storm door that wasn’t latching. A serviceman was able to appear the same day. Chris was professional , courteous and friendly. He tackled and finished the job quickly to my satisfaction. I wouldn’t hesitate having him tackle any of my handyman projects. What a gem!!

We used A Fresh Look to repair and paint our deck. We had a hard time finding a company that would tackle the job. We were very pleased with the work Chris did. He was professional, punctual, always let us know if he had to reschedule (due to weather, for example) and just did a good job.
