Paul was awesome! Our refrigerator went out. I described the issue over the phone and he knew right away what it was and when he came by to troubleshoot, it was exactly what he suspected. Also when I called to see if he can come early and he was able to accommodate my request. We've all been there.

Paul was willing to come out late because he knew his schedule was full and that there were no appointments for a week. He uncovered our issue quickly and offered reasonable options for repair. He cleaned up the area when he left. Very personable and friendly.

Paul was the real deal. Dryer broke. I inquired about his services and heard back in 5 min. He was out same day found root cause in 15 min. In crazy covid times was able to find replacement part in 3 days vs month. Came back knocked out install in 15 min. Ran the machine through its cycles and off he went. Extremely pleased with my experience. Great dude, great service. Would recommend to anyone in Chicago

Overall, wonderful experience. From initial contact to the service check & having my refrigerator checked, Paul did an amazing job! He was able to let me know that I’d be better off getting a new fridge instead of trying to sell me parts to “see” if the fridge would work again, loved that! Didn’t waste my time or his! Also, it was so easy to book service and communicate with him. Highly recommend if you need any services done to major appliances!!
