It’s always a great experiment going to Sacred Lox to purchase hair or hair care products. The staff is professional and very informative. I bought hair from there and got a wig made and installed in the Salon Jadore Coiffure. I loved it and I’m not a wig person. 5 stars!

Staff- professions, friendly and very knowledgeable ; environment- beautiful; hair- amazing (I’ve had most of my hair and units for years and they have definitely lasted the rest of time) and it’s reasonably priced, which is an added bonus. While the hair is great both the service and Management are poor. I went to the store on a Monday to purchase a closure. At the time I had another weave in my hair but was going to reuse. I asked the employee to assist me with a match. Because I can't comb out the weft I had to take the young lady word. I went to get an install that Thursday and it's was 2 different textures. That's not even the problem for me...the concern was the lack of professionalism received when I called the store. Basically I was told the texture will change over time. Find a hair vendor you can trust. I waited almost 2 weeks for Indian hair to be delivered.
The hair that I was given is NOT Indian hair. I paired it with Brazilian curly hair I purchased from sacred Lox over a year ago, the quality and texture match. However, when I did this in the shop the Brazilian and Indian hair did not pair with each other.
I was sent several screenshots saying the hair was on it's way from fedex without the actual fedex tracking number attached.
As I stated in the messages i sent to the shop I WANT WHAT I PAID OVER $300 FOR.

I LOVE this shop the stylites ARE the best. Great atmosphere. I got a full sew in which I love. The hair I got from there as well. I must say is these BEST hair I've ever had its has lasted Thur color cut and over a dozen styles I've had this hair installed and takin out & reinstalled over a dozen time and it still LIVES ON. #lookinlikeamove

Poor customer service, I didn't even get to even see/or purchase the hair, if this is a storefront please keep your hrs of operation especially if people call ahead to ensure that you will be open and they use their gas and hrs of their day to get their and your closed to run errands.

This salon is HORRIBLE extremely unprofessional and downright shady. I found this place on groupon for a keratin treatment I was very please with the job. The second time I went here was to get a weave Jasmine did a decent job. I booked an appointment for a third time to get a weave install the day before a trip I was taking to Miami. I show up to the shop and when I get there I was told by the owner rhonita and the shop manager that jasmine was out sick. Mind you I received no phone call from anyone to let me know this nor was I rescheduled with someone else. So at this point I am very upset and

I've actually been to this salon twice so far. Both times for Keratin Treatments. Rhonita is amazing. Not only did she make my hair feel good and look good, but she also talked to me about hair care. I think they are a bit pricey compared to NY (I recently relocated to the DMV area and you may not believe it but I was getting Keratin Treatments for less than $200) but definitely worth the money. Rhonita is professional but personable. And thanks to her my hair is healthier than ever (it's even grown a few inches since I started seeing her).

I love this place! It has everything from natural hair care to eyebrows. They also have the options of you buying hair and getting it installed the same day. It's really convenient when you have an important day or event. One stop shop literally! Hair, eyebrows and lash extensions. It's amazing. I've been going to the owner Rhonita Fields for some time now for my natural hair care and I am never dissatisfied. I love the upgraded shop and the Marilyn Monroe theme. AMAZING SALON!!! I always feel at home when I am here. I don't feel like just a customer, I feel like a friend. I have been going to this salon for 3 or so years. NOONE else has touched my hair since. My hair is as healthy as it has ever been. Since coming to SACRED LOX I have transitioned to natural.
