I worked with Michael at DraftHire to find some top talent in the cheese industry and within a couple of weeks he had provided several local individuals with different areas of expertise. He had good follow up skills and I felt like he really cared about getting each candidate the appropriate feedback after each step of the interview process. DraftHire also has a very reasonable percentage for their fee, which is nice to see as not every hire requires the elite talent.
