Multiple times the past 4 years, I've had Daniel offer the lowest rates, and then I shop around and cannot beat them. I have multiple lenders for large homebuilders quote me initial rates and later they offer better rates (when I show them D&H rates). This drives me bananas that they cannot just give me their best/fair offer. D&H just gives me the best deal

Great experience closing our first home on time with DHLending. Super responsive than my local mortgage broker who I have met many times. Loan Officer Daniel was excellent and stayed in touch with us and title company throughout the entire process and gave us honest advises timely. Daniel was on top of things from the first day, rates were excellent and the fees were very reasonable. The entire process was streamlined and smooth. We had no issues closing and had our keys in less than an hour after we left the title company.
