Eric is Outstanding! I saw all the favorable reviews on yelp and proceeded to contact them. It was terrific to get a live voice immediately. Eric was highly responsive, very professional, truly genuine and friendly. I explained to Eric that I had a bad experience with a different company prior and he took the utmost care of my booking and making sure everything went smoothly and timely. It was our first time hiring a private car because we usually just grab an Uber from the Miami airport but this time, we flew into Fort Lauderdale airport and decided to try it out. Eric at VIP Miami Limo gave great customer service from the moment we spoke until my group and I were picked up during my friend's Bachelorette Weekend. He gave me an amazing deal for two separate occasions for transportation while we were down there and even was willing to help with suggestions for dinner and clubbing while there. The Mercedes Sprinter we had was beautiful, comfortable and brand new.

Eric understood the specific needs of my boss when I had to help plan her husband's party. He was great under pressure :) and made sure everything went off without a hitch.
VIP Miami Limo was so great that we used them again a few months later to transfer our team to and from the Miami International Airport for a company trip. Though this wasn't as expensive and involved as the previous charter, they assisted us and got us there and back on time and in style.

I was boarding my flight in SFO to Miami and they were going to send me a contract to give them my credit card information, but I ended up getting on the plane before I could receive it. They still sent a driver so I would have a way to my hotel and just got my billing information from me afterwards. Highly recommend them for anything! Thank you so much for your 5 star service!

Eric drove us to the Dolphins / Patriots football game. We were running late from dinner and he got us there must faster hang expected through heavy traffic. After dropping us off we quickly realized that my wife wouldn't be allowed to bring her purse into the game. We called Eric and he was back in a flash to retrieve the purse from us. Eric is very professional, is an excellent driver and I would highly recommend him!

Eric was wonderful from start to finish. Needed a celebrity picked up and dropped off from The Fort Lauderdale airport. He was on it from beginning to end! Used VIP Miami Limo a ton over my wedding weekend and they were great. Was working mainly with Eric who was super organized, nice, and on top of things. The cars all arrived early, the cars were all extremely nice, the drivers knew fastest routes to where we were going. It was a few days before hurricane Irma was getting ready to strike and I needed to get my elderly parents to the airport to evacuate. I don't live in Miami so I needed a hand.
I called and spoke with Eric so he understood the nature of my request and circumstances with my folks.
They came through with flying colors. I had driver contact info the day before. The driver (Serge) arrived 15 min early and kept in constant contact with me with updates including his had delivery of them and their luggage to the skycap and making sure the skycap called for a wheelchair.
My parents arrived safe

Amazing service! I reserved an Escalade for my daughters prom. The driver was very personable, professional and about 15 minutes early. Carlos was my main point of contact, and he was in touch with me leading up to the event and even during-the most exception customer service I have ever experienced. A+++
