A couple months ago, my car was broken into, vandalized, and raided. The theives stole several expensive items, including two pairs of nice prescription glasses and a pair of prescription sunglasses. So last week, when I happened to be in HP Village, I decided to pop in Peepers. I’m not accustomed to losing glasses, and I tend to hold onto them for a while, so in the 5 years that I have lived in the area, I had never needed to check them out.

Amazing selection of high end glasses and sunglasses, knowledgeable staff who are patient as I must have tried on 30 pairs and could not decided. Helped me choose a pair of prescription glasses and sunglasses. Did not rush me into a sale, or pressure me. They were also great about me coming back for a repair. Great to have a small business like this to support and shop at!

Peepers is The best place to buy your glasses and sunglasses. They have an awesome selection of luxury lines and have the Chanel’s that I am always looking for. I will not buy my glasses anywhere else. And the lady that helped me knows her stuff and gives great suggestions and is always spot on With her choices.

Normally great service until one of the employees forgets the concept the customer is always right. I am beyond disappointed when they used to have great customer service, but one woman decided to not provide with her very rude manners. Thank goodness my eye doctor has an optical shop in his office.

Best luxury eyeglass shop in town! The owner hand-buffed my favorite discontinued Celine sunglasses that are so dear to me, and now they look brand new. Toy, one of my favorite employees there, is great and offers sound, and encouraging advice when picking out a new pair. This place is the best of the best!

They are the BEST optical store in town! The selection of eyewear is outstanding and the girls in the store really know their stuff. I ended up with eyeglasses and sunglasses and I truly LOVE them both. If you are needing new glasses go to Peeper's in Highland Park Village, they really care about you.

I am very disappointed with my experience at Peepers. In November of 2017, I was visiting Dallas from Austin and decided to shop for a new pair of glasses. I selected a new pair of frames, paid in full ($900+), submitted my prescription and was told (due to the special high index lens chosen) it could take several weeks. A month went by with no word from Toi at Peepers. I called her and she advised that she would look into it. I never received a call back, so I called for an update. No news. And so this cycle would go on for a few more times. I would be told a story by Toi, receive a promise for

If you want to pay 30% more for your eye wear go here. The help is polite, but extremely out of touch with today's consumer. They told me their prices are higher because they can't get the best price from the vendor, so they have to pass on the additional cost to their customer. They were $70.00 more than Neiman Marcus! I contact them 24 hours after I purchased my sunglasses (no prescription) and they told me I can only get a credit, but would call me back. They did not call me back. This is a warning to Yelps to window shop here and go ANYWHERE else. Poor, poor, customer/business satisfaction

Be warned. If you want to pay an additional $50-$70 for your sunglasses go here. They charge more than ANY other local Dallas sunglass retailer for the exact same brand/product. Their reason: "We can't get the same price other places get so charge more...we don't price match and we do not accept returns." They asked for my number and said they would call me back. That has not happened. So I can't say customer service was worth it. A little arrogant if you ask me.
