Rene was top notch. I got a garage opener from Lowes and paid the $99 installation and the order was messed up. As it was delivered to me instead. But Rene called earlier than expected and came out to installed. I had a new home and I couldn't be home due to time restraints. He took care of my garage opener and Lowes don't tell u about the springs/coils are not lubricanted. What made Rene stand out is I was going to do the coils myself I was just going to YouTube it but the way he told me it is very dangerous to adjust the coils if u never did it. He didn't recommend that, just by

I utilized R&Y for a garage door installation through Handy which was through Lowe's. Rene was so professional and VERY quick! He arrived at 1:57p and was done by 2:42 (or 2:47 it was some 40m span for the entire installation). I was very impressed at the speed of his service and he cleaned up as well. Installation was picture perfect with floor sensors and both inside and outside keypads. He offered to install the light bulbs but I had none on hand.

The garage door spring broke when I closed the door. I called “R&Y Garage Doors” because I wanted to work with a local business. Rene was very knowledgeable and helpful explaining what needed to be done. He did not rush to get the job done but instead made sure I was satisfied with his work. Garage door was making a horrible grinding sound, thought it was toast. Took a closer look at it and found that the coupler was broken. Called up R & Y Garage Door Repair, and Rene answered. He said that he had the part, and 30 minutes later, got my garage door back up and working. Thanks, Rene for saving me from not having to replace my garage door opener!

Great service. I have another company come out and install residential pieces in our commercial building and obviously wasn't done right that I had to call someone else out to correct it. It was finally fixed right and affordable. I spent almost 900.00 with the prior company to have it break again. They promised me it would be 800.00 and no more then that. Later to find out the owner didn't know how to work on commercial and he sub contracted it out. Bad choice! If he'd just told me he didn't specialize in it, I would of just called someone else like these guys.

Rene (the owner and operator) is who you would want to call for garage door services!!
One day one of the spring of my home garage door broke apart and the door was not able to open up. The very next day at our warehouse, one of the spring also broke off, and now we have two sites to repair.
So I Google and found couple different companies, Rene at R&Y was able to come within 30 minutes to take a look at the one at warehouse and explained the price difference between commercial direct lift up vs house rolled up, so we decided to have the commercial to be done next day and swing by my house

When we needed garage door openers installed, we got quotes from 3 different garage door companies and Rene had the most fair price. He had availability and installed them in an afternoon (in addition to some minor repairs with the existing doors). We've had some minor adjustments needed since then (the garage doors should probably be replaced long term, but not wanting to spend that money right now) - and Rene has come out and given us recommendations, even ones that don't profit him but will help us in the long run if we did the fixes ourselves. Really appreciate his honesty.

You helped me figure out what I needed and the lowest cost. You even went above and beyond to check the chain as well as the door opener on the wall that hasn't worked in years....it is now. Rene and his brother came out and replaced our incredibly old wooden 2car garage door with a brand new insulated aluminum door with new tracks, pulleys and springs. They did an amazing job and were done in only a few hours.
We have had Rene out before to service our old door and he always does an amazing job. Super friendly, knowledgeable and trustworthy.
If we need anything else done, Rene is the only guy I'd call.
