Reviewing these people is complicated.
Their problem, it seems, is they are severely understaffed for customer service purposes, and when customer contact is not convenient for them ... well, then the customer just gets ghosted --- not reply-delayed, but totally ghosted.
Seriously.
There already is a review reflecting this.
But the problem is not black and white because, when they ARE flesh and blood (i.e. not ghosts), and they are on the job initially, they are personable, concerned about doing a good job, and their work product is decent. So they are NOT crooks.
But the problem arises

Fabian and his team did a fantastic job installing a shower door for our remodeled bathroom. They came out for an estimate the next day and were prompt with returning emails with questions and were on time with their install. Do you like saving money and getting everything done in a professional manor? Fabian and everyone at DCG were great to work with. Their pricing, scheduling and install were all prompt and less $$ than the other two bids I received. In addition they practiced covid safety protocols to keep everyone safe.

I completed my own bathroom remodel and needed a large glass shower door to finish it off. I did considerable research on products, designs, and install methods. I searched high and low for as many contractor bids I could acquire. Fabian & DCG Systems didn’t have much of an Internet presence, but after a Google Maps search I found this company and a few of their reviews. All reviews were 5 star rated and stated the exact same sentiments. Now, after contracting Fabian and DCG systems I can confidently give 5 stars too. His products and services are of the highest quality and he is the most competitive

Had dcg install hinge shower door last summer. Fabian and crew were excellent to work with, super efficient. Even more telling was the fact that 8 months later I ran into a problem with a manufacturing defect on one of the 2 hinges which Fabian replaced right away with no hassle. great company and people.

Fabian and his team went above and beyond to ensure that our project was done to our expectations. They delivered everything that they said they would on time and on budget, which was not the case with most of the contractors we worked with during the course of our home building process. A year after moving into our home another contractor came in and had to remove our shower door to re-do some grout. When they put it back on the door would not open and close properly. I called Fabian and asked if he may be able to come and take a look at it for me. Fabian arrived the next business day! He fixed

Fabian was able to come out to see the project the very day I first contacted him. He then provided the lowest cost quote but was selected based on referrals and his reviews on Google and Yelp. During the design phase they made suggestions but were also open to ideas such as embedding the glass walls into the glass and using some brackets backwards to allow the glass to be positioned optimally. They worked around the tile installation contractors to lay down sacrificial tracks before tile then replace those later with lower profile ones that were hidden completely below the grout lines.

They were a pleasure to work with. We had both upstairs bathrooms red redone but had neglected the glass we would need for the showers. They took us on with hardly any notice before hand. We are extremely happy with how the glass looks. Glad that our remodel is now complete. They also returned my call within ten minutes on a Friday afternoon. Wasn't expecting to hear from them until after the weekend.

After getting our standing shower pulled out and beautiful tile put in, the last step was finding a custom frameless shower door to be able to use it! Given the small shower size, we were mostly ignored by another local company (likely the $$ wasn't worth their very important time) and were referred to another company with terrible reviews. What a great company to work with. We finished a remodel and we're pretty excited to use our new bathroom,but of course needed glass for the shower. I emailed Fabian, he responded same day and came out to measure. The glass was here in under a week,and they came to install. It's beautiful. They did such a good job, checked in with us on a couple of things they wanted to point out, and left the shower sparkly clean. They were also very friendly and professional. I called DCG Frameless Systems to quote a glass enclosure for my bath tub. I knew exactly what I wanted but other shops would only quote what they thought I should have.
