Our business uses custom for 4 different locations. Their highly responsive - even during “off/untraditional hours.” Their technicians are personable, knowledgeable and satisfaction oriented. Josh is our main rep and I can’t say enough about how great in particular he is. The business has fair policies about only paying when the job is complete and there are no issues. We appreciate everything custom has and continues to do to keep our coolers; fridges and ice machines running!

I was driving on 94 this morning and a gentleman decided he didn't want to zipper merge he wanted to match speed with me entering the highway. There was plenty of room in front and behind me for him to merge wherever he pleased. Because of this I get flipped off, cut off, and brake checked by him. I called and left a compliant, I hope to here back from a manager. Employees brake checking and having road rage in company vehicles is unacceptable for a professional representing a customer service based company.
