John R. Gregory's hobby became his legacy. In 1999, the native New Englander set up a small Ohio white pine sawmill in Holmes County. Soon after, his passion grew into Gregory Log and Lumber Ltd. In 2006, John R. Gregory passed away, but the commitment to his passion continues. Since inheriting Gregory Log and Lumber Ltd. from his friend and colleague, Leroy A. Yoder has continued to honor the founder's legacy.
