Mobility Scooters are equipped with a handlebar/tiller feature that is used to drive the device. A tiller can be adjusted to each user but if you have limited arm strength or it would be uncomfortable to have your arms outstretched operating the scooter. A Power Chair is operated with a joystick that is comfortably located at the end of the chair's arm.

5 Stars are not enough to give the review and rating that Marc's Mobility deserve! They are the absolute BEST in the industry and their level of customer service is unequaled.
I can't convey in a Google review how wonderful this company is. Over the years I have purchased multiple items from them. Recently, my chair and lift were destroyed when I was involved in a high speed rear end collision. I called Marc's Mobility the morning after my accident looking for a replacement chair and lift. I was still extremely upset from the accident, and I'm sure I was quite scattered as I explained my needs

Marc’s mobility is the place to go for your mobility personal needs. We purchased a Jazzy electric wheel chair a couple months back for my father in law after a friend recommended them as the only place to go! Marc The owner of the company showed us various models and explained all the features and made a recommendation which we are very pleased with. Marc treated us like we were the only customers in the place and was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He held the unit we wanted for a couple days and sold it to us for a fantastic price and even delivered it to my father-in-law’s assisted

I was having trouble finding batteries for my Ewheel scooter. Alex,Marcs son, assisted me in finding the right ones. The batteries out of the Ewheel were obsolete. He showed my daughter how to make the transition. She was very happy with the service they provided so she could install them for me. Thank you so much for all your help.

Marc's Mobility is just great. I have called them many times for different problems and Marc has always been very helpful and given me such great information. Would give them 10 stars if we could! Jill is the salesperson that helped me. I had in mind the mobility scooter I wanted to give to my husband for our 46th anniversary, and before I told her which one I was looking at, she recommended the same one. We got the Pride Revo, and couldn’t be happier. Due to health limitations, my husband is unable to walk long distances. But now we are going for what we call our walk/rides to a nearby park😊.

Bought a Merits P-710 from Marc's Mobility. They said it should be delivered in 2 weeks and it showed up in 1 week. The instructions weren't great (written by Chinese), but between the youtube's Marc's had and one call (got the right answer the first time), we got it together and it's working GREAT. Wonderful job from Marc's whole team. Good people to work with.

Since it is a family owned business, it is always possible to talk to one of the owners when there is a question. They ship all over the world, and do everything to assist the customer. I needed a scooter for my wife that was compact and easy to load. I wanted something that looks nice as well. After searching, I came across the TeQno EV Rider Mobility Scooter. After reading the favorable reviews, I watched one of Marc’s Mobility videos on YouTube documenting this scooter. It was an incredibly detailed video, and I was sold. The scooter had everything on my list I wanted and more for the price I wanted to spend. I needed a scooter that could get up a steep hill, and Alex recommended the Drive Medical Cobra GT4 over 2 that I thought were good (it was a lot cooler looking and was on sale), so I bought it. We were impressed with the videos on Marc's Mobility Website and ordered a new large, sturdy mobility scooter for my husband. After only 3 months' use the scooter was dead. It was not a battery problem of failing to recharge, nothing worked. We notified Marc and he arranged with the manufacturer to provide us service under the warranty, his place of business is in FL and we live in CA, too far for him to service it himself. The local service people could not fix the issue, many things were tried, nothing worked. I finally called Marc when it appeared it would mean another 3 months

Marc and his team are friendly and knowledgable. We drove to his place yesterday and Marc tightened and adjusted my Quantum Rehab chair for our drive to South Carolina. My chair feels like new again. I highly recommend if you need mobility equipment. They have everything. I am glad we bought our chair from Marc. What can I say. I like these people.
