Eliza Leigh is the Senior Operations Manager at Tofer & Associates and among her various responsibilities, the main focus is managing the firm's San Bernardino County Branch. Weak. Had a conversation with the lawyer, 2 months later have another chat and reference things talked about previously. Didn't even remember our first talk and even claimed it never happened.
I feel like they take on way too many cases for their ability, and if your case isn't a sure fire easy winner they ignore it.

Alex Tofer and his team were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Mr. Tofer called me from his cell phone and signed me up directly. I really appreciated this personal touch. A team member by the name of Liz reached out to me and had me in a doctors office in no time! The Dr I was referred to was also outstanding and highly professional and the treatment was extremely effective. The settlement was much higher than expected and I was truly blown away. If I were to give them a zero I would. They're so bad at customer service that I wonder how they're a "law firm". The attorney working on my case left the firm and everything went to hell. They dropped me during COVID without any head up and expected me to see treatment. Now I'm looking elsewhere literally months later. Save yourself time and don't associate with these idiots.

I had my first not-at-fault-accident last 2018 and I was so lost for I did not know what to do. My co-worker referred me to Tofer & Associates, and they have been really helpful - they mailed me some guides on what to do and what NOT to do. After that, they did all the work. I just waited until they settled the compensation amount. They also helped me reduced all my costs so I can get a better share. I highly recommend them :)
