This attorney is a leech. Good at making wills not family attorney. Love your money but does nothing. Drags the case as much as they can to get more money. Eight people works in his office...not one know anything about your case. His little scam of reaping people off will come to an end soon because people have started to notice his disgusting act of greedyness. And if you stand too close to him you can also smell his disgusting breath he lies so much that you can smell it off him. Every bad deed has its end one day. Yours will be too.

First of, ALL OF HIS GOOD REVIEWS were written by FAMILY and FRIENDS (on the same date date no less). He has single handedly caused MAJOR problems in what was once a close family with his misquoted comments for his own agenda. Hes greedy and doesn't care who it HURTS, as long as he gets paid.

This law groups doesn’t answer your call,
Losing you documents, losing email
Never show up in court day , each person work there give you different answer..They break dawn your case in different way so they can charge you more..
This law group is scams.. in my opinion this Law group stoke anger and fear in their clients, knowing that as long as the conflicts remain unresolved the revenue stream will keep flowing.

Office staff was very helpful and friendly on both occasions I called. Attorney David Foyil was kind, understanding of my situation and very informative. I was able to walk out with a clear understanding of what I needed to do in order to move forward with the qdro process and the steps I needed to take once I left his office.
