Darryl was kind, helpful, thorough and fixed my AC issue. He came by at 7:30 am, after I called close to 6 am due to waking up in a home that was around 90 degrees. Because of his prompt professional service, I was able to stay safe, care for my family & go to work (from home) myself w/ no issue. I am grateful. And will consider this service for other home needs. I look forward to being able to use their plumbing service next.

I had a new air conditioning unit installed on May 19,2020. The installation went smoothly and the 2 technicians I interacted with were professional and friendly. It will be very nice to have a fully functioning unit with summer coming. Efficient systems also schedules a follow up visit after the installation to make sure that everything is working properly. I think that is great. Recommend them.

I don't understand people who regularly post reviews. This is my first, and I find it an odious task. Nonetheless, I feel I owe it to Efficient Systems and their potential customers. To be clear, I'm not a plumber nor am I an electrician so I don't feel I'm truly qualified to critique their work. I have hot water and my plumbing doesn't leak. My lights turn on when they're supposed to. I can only only assume my HVAC is working efficiently. I'll update accordingly if problems appear down the road, but I strongly suspect there will be no such update.
