Adam held a 90 minutes webinar for the Mary Kay consultants in my unit in locations around the country. Each of them purchased a DISC Workplace Profile & completed it prior to the webinar. My consultants who attended are still raving about it! What sets Adam apart in the work he does with business coaching? I have used Invictus Consulting for business coaching for a bit now. I have grown to know Adam very well and he helps someone like me that is less strategic and more chaotic keep my business on the straight and narrow. From help with mental challenges I face as a business owner all the way down to goal setting, numbers, processes, and strategy for my 2020 he has helped me immensely. I never walk away from a conversation with Adam without at least 10x the value of his price point. He's a great guy, solid hearted, and does a great job!
