I love this current shop because we attract such a diverse clientele, all interested in high-end clothing. There are tourists as well as repeat customers. There is a reason why Josh has only 5 stars, incredible service, professional and amazing attention to detail.
I had quite a few jeans that needed to be fixed after taking them to a different tailor. Josh exceeded my expectations by far and was able to salvage each pair. He gained a loyal customer for life and I will not go anywhere else.

Very friendly and helpful! Came in and asked what I had in mind. Even though my request was a bit out of the ordinary, we talked through the designs and I wasn't told that something was impossible to do. Was very nice working with Josh and will be coming back to help fit and finalize things! The high ratings and praises Josh gets are the real deal and I can't wait to see how things turn out.

I had to get measured on short notice for a suit for a friends wedding. The only catch is the wedding was on the other side of the world, and all the suits are being made outside of the US.
I rang Josh’s to ask if they were able to take my measurements - they said that was something they could accommodate, and I was able to come in at any time.
I dropped in later that day, and 20 minutes later had a comprehensive set of measurements that I needed to fulfill the suit order. The price for this service was reasonable ($25 from memory), and the service was great overall.

In 1 word: Outstanding! I’ve been going to Josh for alterations for 15 years. He’s worked on my suits, jeans, shirts, bridesmaid’s dresses, pants, dresses. Every time my clothes look fabulous. He is so nice, easy to work with and convenient location in Union Square. I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else. Thank you Josh!

Finding a good tailor is hard. There's an abundance of tailors and on-demand tailoring services nowadays, but I've found that the quality, turnaround time, and pricing is all over the place. Enter Josh. I brought him a suit to alter for a wedding, including pant leg hems, pant leg slimming, and some jacket sleeve alterations. He absolutely CRUSHED it; the resulting suit is the best-fitting one I've ever owned and I got numerous compliments at the wedding. The fit he achieved is modern, stylish, and flattering. The pricing, while maybe slightly higher than local competitors, was still quite reasonable

Such absolutely amazing service. I am working on a project with my jacket. Josh's main concern at all times was the quality at which he could perform his service. He actually refused to put a hole in my jacket in fear of tampering with the end quality of his work and that is something that is admirable and I see great value in. In the end he went all the way up to the step in my project just before the hole where he was comfortable and felt he could do his best work. Thank you kindly. I'll see you soon Josh.

Josh did a great job of tailoring my suit. Even though I didn't purchase it directly from his shop he still was professional and very complementary of the suit choice. I'm recommending Josh's shop to every one of my friends who has a tailoring need. His assistant is also very professional and knowledgeable. If I ever need more tailoring, which I definitely will, I will go to Josh first.
