This service is a joke. Do not book with them! My driver never showed up to pick me up! I had an early morning flight and he never showed. When I called, they were completely unprofessional. Said they couldn’t get ahold of the driver. Sounded like they were asleep. Said he would call me back and never did. What a joke!

Made a reservation and was told driver would call 24 hours prior to pick up time to confirm he was on his way. No one called. I called them to confirm the driver was coming. The driver did arrive on time but drove like a maniac. The second leg of my reservation I needed to cancel and I called 5 hours before the pick up time and was told they charge a 50% cancellation fee and that this policy is stated on their website. IT IS NOT. The terms and conditions state that cancellations for sedans must be made 4 hours in advance of the pick up time. They advised me that's just the way it is so I guess
