Dr. Adnan Shariff received his undergraduate education at Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, North Carolina and attended medical school at Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.After graduating in 1997, he completed his residency at VA Medical Center in Washington, D.C.

I purchased a pair of custom made orthotics for arch pain from Dr. Klein. Prior to visiting Dr. Klein I had purchased a pair of "over the counter" orthotics at a specialty "foot store" . The difference between the custom made and over the counter version was like night and day. Dr. Klein's office staff was also very helpful not only in trying to squeeze me in for an appointment but also in helping with an insurance claim.

Our son is a competitive tennis player at a very high level and was experiencing all sort of aches and pains when we first met Dr. Klein in the fall of 2019. We are so thankful we met him when we did.
Dr. Klein took the time to learn about our son's training and competition which led us to having him make custom orthotics for him. We have learned so much from Dr. Klein about the role the feet play for the rest of the body's comfort and after transitioning from over the counter orthotics, our son could not be happier and more comfortable

Dr. Klein is amazing. I was so worried to go to a podiatrist, with that being said; he made me feel very comfortable with his knowledge and how he spoke to me. I recently had the opportunity to be treated by Dr. Klein for foot pain that I had been experiencing for many years. After previously seeing other podiatrists (unsuccessfully), I was just about at the point of accepting that I would always be in pain. From the moment I met Dr. Klein I knew he was different then all the others. He was kind, considerate and gave me the confidence that he would be able to help me. He took his time to explain everything to me and my wife. Never did I feel rushed by him or that I was just a number. Dr. Klein is extremely competent and a perfectionist. He was not happy

My husband and I have known and been patients of Dr. Klein's for many years. We both could not recommend him more highly. Recently I had an unfortunate accident which resulted in a spiral fracture of one of the bones in my foot. I am so impressed by the way Dr. Klein diagnosed and treated my injury. My fracture has healed very well but Dr. Klein is still advocating on my behalf with Medicare for a bone stimulator to ensure the very best outcome. Dr. Klein is the best podiatrist I have been to. I have been to 4 other podiatrists and none of them have helped me as much as Dr. Klein. He is very kind, caring and compassionate and very personable. He answers all my questions very thoroughly. He made custom made orthotics for me that take away all my pain in my feet. I was seen by Dr. Klein for sever heel pain, I could not put any weight on my left heel. Experience really matters and Dr. Klein was able to diagnosis my problem quickly. He gave me injection in my heel, and assured me that the injection would not be as painful as I had with another doctor. Within 24 hours I could put weight on my heel and was 75 % better. Mark is very caring, compassionate, and has a gentle touch. I would recommend him to my patients, and especially to athletes that suffer from foot pain.
