Such great deals can be found through this company's auctions. They are extremely well organized and ultra professional. Unfortunately they are not as friendly as almost any other auction company I've worked with. Of the 10 auctions I have participated in, I've encountered 2 really pleasant staff that made me feel great as I drove away. My last encounter which was just a week ago was stellar and the gentleman wo assisted me couldn't have been more helpful and friendly! I have been a customer for years. Staff has been incredibly helpful and professional until today. My account was vindictively suspended via CHAT after I returned home from retrieving an auction item. "Erika" told me via chat that my account was suspended because it was reported I was "reckless, rude and unprepared". The staff member "Karen" who assisted me at the auction site lied and said I attempted to hit her with my car and "didn't follow the rules". Cal Auctions was absolutely fantastic in my parent's recent home auction. It was a large estate with a garage that was so full of items. It was a nightmare to even think about going through it. Cal Auctions is amazing because you just take the items you are moving and then they took care of all the rest. Everything down to half-opened pantry items and old bath towels. It was the best way for my parents to downsize. They moved about 20% of their items they will need in their new/smaller home and then Cal Auctions took care of the rest.
