When quoting a policy they were almost annoying. Now that the policy is in effect they're unresponsive. I've sent emails requesting changes... NO RESPONSE FROM TWO DIFFERENT EMPLOYEES. I've request a form that I desperately need and NO RESPONSE FROM TWO DIFFERENT EMPLOYEES. I will contact the insurance carrier directly and make the necessary moves to go through another agency. Avoid this company like the plague and find a company that will appreciate your business and earn it. I know I will.

Mike McLeod has done a great great job in helping me with my commercial trucking insurance. He didn’t stop until I got a great quote and worked hard into getting the deal done.
