Pal' Rancho III

The servings were wonderfully large & the food was so delicious! There was enough food left over for me to eat another meal for lunch the next day! I wish we had taken pictures of our food so everyone could see how wonderful the presentation was as well as how large the servings were.

Was my first time; beer? warm, chicharrón? súper over cooked, dry and hard, Sangria? water with Ice, consomé? transparent no flavor at all, costilla? hard and full of fat, barely meet…and the potatoes half peeled …. Maybe was a bad day for everyone but I don’t see a reason for coming back…

This place is no where near what use to be. You place an order over the phone and they don’t follow what you order, when you go to pick the order items are missing this place don’t care very bad service. This has happens more than once you call and complain and they only said I’m sorry but I can give you a credit for when you come back. COME BACK???? Really after this I don’t thing so. Time to find another place to eat. This is the reason why that place is always empty.

The wait for the food was over 30 minutes. and when it finally did arrive order was wrong. There are multiple other spots in the strip mall that the service is good and orders are accurate

The worst customer service you can experience at any restaurant. The people here are the rudest, they place you on hold for 10min and talk to you as if they're doing you a favor. You come in to pick up the food and they have 4 people standing around not doing anything with 2 registers available. They are the most greedy people when it comes to their to go sauces. You can order 3 big lunches and you'll get only 1 sauce of each for all 3 lunches. You have to ask and tell them how many sauces you want exactly or they'll just give one extra and even when you ask for extra they catch an attitude for

Super slow service. It took them 35 min for an average fish plate and a hamburger order. I was wondering why the restaurant was so empty at lunch time... well I guess that’s the answer. I’m definitely not recommend this restaurant at all

Authentic Columbian food. They have a good selection of simple dishes with the standard Latin seasoning. Good service and casual dinning.

Great food and excellent service, the staff is very friendly and courteous.

I popped in here to get some good skirt steak and sure enough, it was amazing!!! A little family Columbian restaurant that was perfect for a quick bite to eat. Service was great and the salsa they give you with chips is an awesome appetizer.
