Margarita is the best! I am not one to get alterations, but when I need something done for a formal event I always come here. I went there 5 years ago with my bridesmaid dress and she did a great job. Five years later, it’s my turn as the bride so I got my wedding dress altered. They have excellent customer service. They will go above and beyond for you to be happy. I had to go back for 2 fittings because of my sleeves, and they are very quick with their work.( I jar custom sleeves added to the dress.) Mind you, they are not cheap, but the quality of the work is worth it. I will always go back

What has been said is all true, the quality is tremendous. The top alteration and tailoring in Miami. I've gotten pants from Top Man tapered skinny slim fit that looks exactly like those from GQ or Esquire Magazine. My Salomon shorts that I've beat up many times over have gotten more repairs than a bicycle and still holding up. The stitch work they do is top notch. There is no better place to spend your money on. They can make anything look exactly the way you want it to and for much less. Highly recommended. 👍

After searching relentlessly and trying out a few spots that really didn’t meet my expectations I stumbled upon margaritas alteration. A friend of mine recommended it to me and at this point I was willing to try anything. The moment I stepped in the staff was extremely friendly and they made sure I was taken care of down to the exact fit of every article of clothing I tried on. Margarita and her daughter were incredibly helpful, kind, professional and accommodating. I went to them because I needed my bridesmaid dress altered last minute (my original seamstress had an emergency and couldn’t complete the dress). They were accommodating and helped me get my dress altered with the short notice and short time frame (4 days)! Margarita did an incredible job, the dress fit perfectly. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and plan on using them in the future!

I’ve had this polyester, 4% spandex skirt for over a year and was unable to find a good seamstress who did this material. I found Margarita’s alterations from google reviews , gave them a call and was told to come in. It took some time but my wishes of having the skirt split on both sides were accomplished. I love the fit, the way the splits look and the overall feel of the skirt. I will definitely return!! Thank you ladies !!

My experience started with a very warm greeting as I walked through the front door. They showed me to the dressing room right away and started chalking and pinning my dress. I had just recently purchased this dress for my sister's wedding next week in NY. I had told them my dilemma with needing the dress as soon as possible as I was leaving in 3 days. Not only were they not fazed by my request they had it ready for pick up the next day! I went home and tried it on, it was perfect! I would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone. First off, it's so nice and refreshing to be greeted with such a sincere warm welcome at any local mom and pop store, let alone in Miami! After reading great reviews on both Yelp and Google, I decided to take a chance. The girls I dealt with, Alexandria and Candy, are so nice and personable. They listened and understood my needs.
