New and attractive. Parking was very convenient. Neighborhood was quaint and attractive. The vestibule was extremely welcoming and suited for waiting comfortably. Very friendly staff and not a bad seat in the house. We loved our view and comfortable seating from the 2nd row of the upper level. Fantastic night listening to Jim Gaffigan.

Coming here always gives me so much joy (sans the Pulse vigil). And it's also a perfect time to dress up and get a little fancy.
My first time coming here was for Neil deGrasse Tyson in 2016. Then Hamilton in 2019. And now that they've opened again for 2021, I have been going more often: The Jungle Book Ballet, Final Fantasy VII Remake Orchestra, The Nutcracker Ballet.
It has been an enjoyable experience every time. The staff are friendly and helpful. The bathrooms are clean. But there can be long lines for the bar downstairs, so go to the other bars on different floors to get your drink faster

It's a beautiful venue with really nice staff. We went to see lasting impressions, which was a beautiful 3D display of famous impressionist. I'm not sure it was worth the cost but that isn't the venue's fault.
There is an air of upper class with the place, but I guess that is the nature of culture and the arts so I felt underdressed... I guess it's what I'm saying.
But the experience was good overall and nice to do something outside of the normal routine. Just being downtown has an energy to it and to add the buzz of a show is bonus.
I would go back but dress nicer next time.
