Welcome to the premiere student housing community, The Hills on Grand, a 248 unit house-style property featuring over 10,000 sq ft of customized amenity space designed with the WSU student in mind. The community will be comprised of fully-furnished one, two, three, four, five, and six bedroom units, each supporting one-to-one bed-to-bath parity with an additional half bath in 2-6 bedroom units.

I lived at the Hills for a year and for the most part, it was fine. The experience I’ve had moving in and moving out of this place was an absolute dumpster fire. My roommates and I needed to move in early for Rush and they said we can only move in early if we pay for a premium unit. We did and when the time came they told us we needed to request an early move-in date and that our unit was still not move-in ready. I don’t know how we weren’t told that when we made it clear from the start that the only reason we were paying for a premium unit was to move in early for Rush. Also, the only thing

Currently stuck in this lease or else I wouldn’t be still living here but I wish I read the reviews before I signed a lease. Apartments look really nice but honestly it’s just fake fancy and expensive for no reason. Also they will fine you for just about anything despite all the fees you already play with this place. Wouldn’t recommend. People are also unprofessional whenever I ask the same question I get a different answer from each worker

If you think it’s expensive for a reason you are wrong. AC guys don’t know what they are doing and we have had no AC upstairs for the past almost 2 years. I Have had them come over probably 20 times and they finally figured out that they had not set it up properly to begin with. However it still hasn’t worked since they “fixed” that. Also they charge you for mistakes they made such as these. Pool and gym are closed half the time. Overall wouldn’t pay an extra penny to be in a place like this.

The apartments themselves are pretty nice for the area but I’ve had a lot of problems with appliances and them breaking down or not working from the day I moved in. COVID shut down most amenities (I understand that) but we still get charged for them and leaving popcorn and Hershey kisses at our doors doesn’t make up for it. Wish they’d spend more time listening to their residents and their concerns and less on trying to get everyone to renew their lease. Kinda ridiculous they can get people like Carole baskin and the host from catfish to tell us to renew during all of this, but can’t make

I think the apartments at The Hills are great if you can afford them. It's a nice community, the apartments have lots of space and the amenities that I've used have been great. The staff have been helpful for the most part, and they've been pretty open to suggestions as far as I can tell. Even during a pandemic, I can tell that they're doing everything they can to make the best of the situation and make sure the residents are happy.

If you want to shower in cold sprinkling water for a year then this place is perfect. Maintenance has come to “fix” our water pressure and heater twice but it’s never fixed!! Most times I have to wash my hair in my sink because the water pressure is so low in my shower. They do not care about their residents and will not take care of any of your issues. Management is absolutely horrid. So rude and unprofessional. Everything in the unit will break at least once and it’ll take them months to come fix it if they even do end up fixing it. Didn’t have a working dishwasher for 2 months and

My time with The Hills has been awesome!
This property has an amazing walking trail that I use often. My favorite thing about The Hills is how pet friendly it is and how much they really care about their residents. The events here are well thought out and so fun to attend. I couldn't ask for a better community!

The best student housing in Pullman. The amenities and clubhouse area are great features. Study lounges, fitness centers, and an amazing pool are just some of them. Their website is just a small glimpse into this fantastic community. Each apartment is finished with great detail and far better quality than other student housing communities in the area. The shuttle service for students is a convenient feature to have on property. Staff has been wonderful and very attentive to their resident's concerns and requests
